Since we handle fresh flowers, we personally deliver every arrangement to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area or with a neighbor/receptionist if available.

Perishable Items

All of our floral arrangements and bouquets are perishable items, crafted fresh for each order. Because of the nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the scheduled preparation or delivery date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days are not eligible for a refund as flowers will have already been sourced.

Quality Guarantee

We want you to love your flowers. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us at thestorypetals@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will do our best to make it right.
